About the Author
Mike Santaniello, Ph.D. is an Associate Professor of Sociology at Molloy College. Dr. Mike earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology at Stony Brook University, and two Master’s Degrees and a Ph.D. in Sociology at Columbia University. Dr. Mike published his doctoral dissertation, "Beating the Odds: College Attenders and Nonattenders from the Working Class," in 1995.
